How to Apply Your Signature
- Click on the textarea to automatically copy your signature to the clipboard.

For Gmail:
- Go to Gmail settings by clicking the gear icon (⚙️) and selecting "See all settings."
- Under the "General" tab, scroll to the "Signature" section and click "Create New."
- Paste the HTML signature and save.

For Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Create a new signature, paste the HTML, and save.
